* TimeSeries panel: Add support for sorting series in the tooltip

* Fix cue tests

* Make sortValues work with string values

* Sort values in DatHoverView and remove sort index from TooltipPlugin

* Rename sortOrder prop to sort

* DataHoverView - use raw values for sorting
