Identity: Remove typed id (#91801)

* Refactor identity struct to store type in separate field

* Update ResolveIdentity to take string representation of typedID

* Add IsIdentityType to requester interface

* Use IsIdentityType from interface

* Remove usage of TypedID

* Remote typedID struct
