**Highlights**
* **Single-version migrations**: add `targetVersion` to migrator & model, separate outputs, enforce exact version.
* **Datasource fixes**: include `apiVersion` in tests, empty-string → `{}`, preserve `{}` refs, drop unwanted defaults.
