* Alerting: Contact point export snapshot test

* Fix Jira.fields hcl export type to allow map[string]any

Since gohcl does not support this type, we marshal as a string instead
which will be handled in the TF provider.

* mapToJSONStringCodec encoder needed for
TestContactPointFromContactPointExports
