* Add more default information how to remove monitoring v1
* Add documentation how to migrate a v1 alert through the new PrometheusRule UI
* Add a note how to migrate v1 notifiers

Daniel Qian 1d4577e4b9 add flannel backend port configuration example 
Sometimes the default 8472/udp port will conflict with virtualization platform, and we need to change it, while the doc doesn't mention that.

Ramon Rüttimann 0a53d662d7 Fix order of extra_binds 
Extra bind mounts have the order <source>:<destination>. When copying the example from the documentation, the kubelet was not coming up anymore because it tried to mount `/host/dev` to `/dev`. Output from `docker inspect` on the kubelet container:

```

This commit fixes the order of the paths in the documentation.
