d92af9ab8a Disable stalebot 
After the migration and transferring issues over we haven't had much of a chance to work on the backlog. Will revisit later whether stalebot is needed.

I'd like to request the following GitHub issue templates for rancher/docs. I believe these may make it a bit easier for people to enter issues and to keep things more organized.
