Remove references to Azure Tenant ID when creating cloud credentials

Since 2.6 the tenant id is automatically looked up by rancher and can't be provided by the UI anymore.

Update documentation according to the new "Explorer" UI behaviour.
Creating a new workload alone is not enough that a Kubernetes service is created in the background.
The new workload needs to have at least one port configured.
