In certain usecases it is necessary to deploy the same application to multiple Kubernetes Clusters. In such cases, there is a need to program an external DNS server to assign a fully qualified domain name (a.k.a FQDN) to your application, to route traffic to endpoints in all the clusters. The Global DNS feature enables you to do this.
