Erik Wilson 6c99fcc59b Update k3s docs for INSTALL_K3S_SYMLINK 
Adds INSTALL_K3S_SYMLINK which can be set to 'skip' or 'force',
default is not to symlink if already in path.

David Jeffers 7214052317 Ensure rancher-save-images.sh isn't missed 
For users using their own certificate, the current documentation reads, "You may skip to B. Publish Images if you are using you using your own certificates"; however, this implies skipping what is currently step 6, "Run rancher-save-images.sh with the rancher-images.txt image list to create a tarball of all the required images." By not directing the user to skip to B., the step to skip `rancher-save-images.sh` is less likely to be missed.
